For example, our 50/50 plan is a 6 month plan and is ideal both for existing employees who don't want to commit to a long term plan initially and new employees who are being trialled. It can be converted to a full contract after 6 months, giving you complete flexibility. Plus, we'll reimburse you 50% of the 6 month rental rate against the contract if you continue with your plan for 30 months.
